Meet Grace

Grace Uwizeye-Allen is a dual-Certified Corporate and Children's Etiquette Consultant and is the Founder/CEO of Graceful Etiquette®. She is a graduate of the American School of Protocol and holds a management degree from Purdue University. Her background in medicine and academia, coupled with her career in the military, has shaped her expertise and experience.

Grace's time in the Air Force instilled within her a profound sense of discipline and an appreciation for protocol. She learned how to navigate complex and demanding environments, while being an unwavering source of support to her team. Her journey in the military created the segway into medicine where she honed her skills in caring for others with meticulous precision, inspiring the trust of her patients. The importance of attention to detail became ingrained in her way of thinking as she witnessed the positive impact it had on patient outcomes. Her ability to communicate information with compassion paved the way for her students' success in academia as an educator.

Now, Grace leverages her unique perspective to deliver training that empowers individuals and teams in the intricacies of business and social etiquette. Her practical, hands-on approach has proven effective in a variety of settings, from boardrooms filled with executives to classrooms brimming with young, eager learners.
